Cookies Policy
Last updated: 5 July 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how Sysos, Lda. (“Sysos”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They help a site function, remember your preferences and understand how it is used.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service (for example, to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery), together with a small number of functional cookies that remember preferences such as your theme and language. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. Categories of cookies we use
| Name | Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|
| Session / auth | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in to your workspace | Session / up to 30 days |
| CSRF token | Strictly necessary | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery | Session |
| Theme | Functional | Remembers light/dark preference | Up to 1 year |
| Locale | Functional | Remembers your language | Up to 1 year |
| Cookie consent | Strictly necessary | Stores your cookie choices | Up to 1 year |
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the service cannot function without them.
4. Third-party cookies
Some pages rely on third parties that may set their own cookies, such as our payment processor (Stripe) during checkout and our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance. These are used to deliver and secure the service, not for advertising.
5. Managing your cookies
Where we use non-essential cookies, you can accept or decline them via our cookie banner and change your choice at any time.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting or blocking them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.
6. Do Not Track
Because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track signals, our website does not currently respond to them. We limit our use of cookies to what is described above regardless.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookies Policy to reflect changes in technology or law. The date below shows when it was last updated.
